TOURNAMENT REGULATIONS:

2. TOURNAMENT AND REGISTRATION
The tournament is for C-juniors (U16).
The team managers are to report at the tournament office (situated at the Arena spectator area upper level) at least 45 minutes before the team´s first game.
3. MATCH RECORD
The team managers have to sign the match record at the tournament office at least 30 minutes before the game.
The referees will approve and sign the record after each game at the officials’ desk.
4. TOURNAMENT RULES
The games shall be played according to the rules and regulations of the Finnish Ringette Association including the additions and clarifications below.
5. START OF THE GAMES
The teams have to be ready for the game 5 minutes before the scheduled starting time.
If the team is not ready at the scheduled starting time, it will be judged to lose the game by 5-0.
6. BEGINNER OF THE GAME AND COLOR OF THE JERSEY
The team marked as the home team in the game schedule, will start the game.
If the jerseys of both teams are the same color, the visitor will have to change its jersey.
7. GAME TIME
A game lasts 2 x 15 minutes (stop-clock timing), but maximum 45 minutes.
Time-outs are not allowed.
8. PLAYERS
The tournament can be attended by girls born in 1997, or later, and they have to possess the Ice Card (Finnish ringette license, so it does not apply to Canadian or Swedish players). For players born before 1997, the rules of Finnish Ringette Association will abide. Players, who have the permission to play over-aged in their own regional series, can play in the tournament. Over-aged players must be indicated in the match record. A player is allowed to play for another club, if she has a permission from her own club.
9. PENALTIES
A small penalty is 2 minutes of stop-clock time and so called big penalty is 4 minutes stop-clock time.
A player or team official will be disqualified from the tournament, if he / she gets a big penalty for conduct and / or a match penalty.
10. PRELIMINARY ROUND
In the Preliminary Round there are divisions A and B, in which there are 5 teams.
In the Preliminary Round division, each team plays against each other.
Standings 5-10 will be played according to the points from the Preliminary Round.
The two best teams from both divisions will play a cross qualification followed by the medal games.
11. POINTS AND STANDINGS
A team gets 3 points from a victory, 1 point from a tie and 0 points for a loss.
In case two teams are tied in points, the standing is determined by:
1. Their respective game
2. The goal difference from all games (plus/minus)
3. All scored goals
4. The team with less penalties
5. Dice
12. STANDING GAMES
If a ranking game ends in a tie, a shoot-out for 3 players from both teams will take place immediately. If the teams are still tied after that, one shooter per team shall continue until either team wins. Same player cannot shoot before all the players in the team have shot. The referee will draw the team, which begins the shoot-out. A player cannot participate in the shoot-out, if her penalty has not ended before the game time ends.
13. TROPHIES
Three best teams will be awarded by trophies.
One MVP (Most Valuable Player) will be awarded from each team.
All Stars (1 goalie, 2 defencemen, 3 forwards) will be announced during the award ceremony.
14. PROTEST
If a team wants to make a protest concerning a game, it has to be made to the tournament office by the team manager within 15 minutes after the game. There is a 100 € fee for the protest and it will be returned, if the protest is accepted. The tournament jury will decide on the protest.
15. THE TOURNAMENT JURY
The tournament jury consists of one referee, tournament chief and 2 team managers. The teams under protest, cannot participate in the jury.
16. LIABILITY
The tournament organizers are not liable of any casualties or accidents in the tournament. All players and team officials must have a valid insurance and / or license (Ice Card).
17. FIRST AID
The tournament will have personnel with first aid training.
18. SPORTMANSHIP
The tournament has a zero tolerance concerning unsportmanship conduct towards the referees. We also ask that the spectators abide by the sportsmanship conduct.

2. TURNAUSMUOTO JA TURNAUKSEEN ILMOITTAUTUMINEN
Turnaus on C-juniorien (U16) kutsuturnaus.
Joukkueenjohtajien tulee ilmoittautua turnaustoimistossa (Pirkkolan jäähallin katsomon yläosa) viimeistään 45 minuuttia ennen ensimmäistä ottelua.
3. OTTELUPÖYTÄKIRJAT
Joukkueenjohtajien tulee käydä allekirjoittamassa ottelupöytäkirjat turnaustoimistossa viim. 30 min. ennen ottelun alkua.
Tuomarit allekirjoittavat pöytäkirjat ottelun jälkeen toimitsijapöydällä.
4. SÄÄNNÖT
Pelaamisessa noudatetaan Suomen Ringetteliiton sekä Etelä-Suomen alueen sääntöjä
ja määräyksiä alla mainituin lisäyksin ja tarkennuksin.
5. OTTELUIDEN ALOITUS
Joukkueiden on oltava 5 min. ennen ottelun alkamisaikaa valmiina aloittamaan ottelu
erotuomareiden ohjeiden mukaisesti.
Mikäli joukkue ei ole valmiina aloittamaan ottelua otteluohjelmaan merkittyyn aikaan,
tuomitaan ottelu hävityksi 5-0.
6. PELIN ALOITTAJA JA PELIPAITA
Otteluohjelmaan merkitty kotijoukkue aloittaa pelin.
Mikäli joukkueiden pelipaidat ovat samanväriset, vaihtaa vierasjoukkueeksi merkitty joukkue pelipaitaa.
7. PELIAIKA
Otteluiden kesto 2 x 15 min. tehokasta peliaikaa, kumminkin maksimissaan 45 min. juoksevaa aikaa.
Aikalisien käyttö on kielletty.
8. PELAAJAT
Turnaukseen voivat osallistua v. 1997 tai sitä myöhemmin syntyneet tytöt, joilla on
Ringetteliiton kilpailulupa (Ice Card). Yli-ikäisten pelaajien osalta noudatetaan aluesarjojen yli-ikäisyys lupakäytäntöjä. Pelaajat, joilla on lupa pelata yli-ikäisinä oman alueensa C-aluesarjaa voivat osallistua myös turnaukseen. Yli-ikäiset pelaajat tulee ilmoittaa ottelupöytäkirjassa. Turnaukseen saa myös osallistua pelaaja, jolla on oman seuransa lupa pelata toisen seuran joukkueessa.
9. RANGAISTUKSET
Otteluissa pieni rangaistus on 2 min. tehokasta peliaikaa ja iso rangaistus 4 min.
tehokasta peliaikaa.
Pelaaja tai joukkueen toimihenkilö suljetaan turnauksesta ison käytös- ja / tai ottelurangaistuksen seurauksena.
10. ALKUSARJA
Alkusarjassa on lohko A ja lohko B, joissa kummassakin viisi joukkuetta.
Alkusarjassa jokainen joukkue pelaa toisiaan vastaan. Alkusarjan perusteella
pelataan sijoista 5-10 sijoitusottelut, sekä sijoista 1-4 ristiinkarsinta ja mitalipelit. Sijoitukset määräytyvät seuraavien ohjeiden perusteella.
11. PISTEET JA SIJOITUS
Joukkue saa voitosta 3 pistettä, tasapelistä 1 pisteen ja tappiosta 0 pistettä.
Tasapisteissä olevien joukkueiden välisen järjestyksen ratkaisee:
1. Keskinäinen ottelu
2. Kaikkien otteluiden maaliero
3. Kaikkien otteluiden tehdyt maalit
4. Vähemmän jäähyjä saanut joukkue jatkoon
5. Arpa
12. SIJOITUSOTTELUT
Mikäli sijoitusottelussa ollaan varsinaisen peliajan päätyttyä tasapelitilanteessa, suoritetaan välittömästi 3 pelaajan voittolaukauskilpailu, jonka jälkeen jatketaan pelaaja kerrallaan kunnes saadaan ratkaisu. Sama pelaaja laukaisee vain kerran, kunnes joukkueen kaikki kenttäpelaajat ovat laukaisseet. Aloittavan joukkueen arpoo tuomari. Peliajan päättyessä, rangaistusaitiossa oleva pelaaja ei saa osallistua voittolaukauskilpailuun.
13. PALKINNOT
Kolme parasta joukkuetta palkitaan pokaalein.
Joka joukkueesta palkitaan MVP (Most Valuable Player).
Turnauksessa valitaan tähtikentällinen (1 mv, 2 puolustajaa, 3 hyökkääjää).
14. PROTESTIT
Jos joukkue haluaa tehdä protestin, se on tehtävä kirjallisesti 15 min kuluessa ottelun päättymisestä turnaustoimistoon joukkueenjohtajan toimesta. Protestimaksu on 100 €, joka palautetaan, jos protesti hyväksytään. Protestit käsittelee turnauksen jury.
15. TURNAUKSEN JURY
Turnauksen ylimpänä valvojana toimii jury, johon kuuluu kahden turnausjoukkueen joukkueenjohtajat, turnauspäällikkö ja yksi tuomariston edustaja. Käsittelyn alaiset joukkueet ovat jäävejä osallistumaan juryn toimintaan.
16. VASTUUT
Turnauksen järjestäjät eivät vastaa osallistuvien joukkueiden mahdollisista tapaturmista tai muista vahingoista. Jokaisella pelaajalla/toimihenkilöllä tulee olla voimassaoleva vakuutus/kilpailulupa (Ice Card).
17. ENSIAPU
Turnauksessa on ensiapukelpoista henkilöstöä.
18. TURNAUSKÄYTÖS
Turnauksessa on nollatoleranssi joukkueiden toimihenkilöiden tuomareihin kohdistuvan arvostelun suhteen. Edellytämme myös katsomossa noudatettavan reilun pelin henkeä ilman ylilyöntejä.
