While watching Dinamo Riga and Tallinn Vipers in their sucsess stories the true heroes of Day 1 were kind of left under our radar.
Helsinki Viikingit is here in the tournament with two squads, Red and White. And specially Red guys can be really satisfied after Day 1. They had heavy workload on the opening day of the tournament and did more than excellent. Sneaking to hotel with 3 wins under the belt is job well done! It was a all Finnish day for Viikingit Red, who beat their countrymen from OKK, Salamat and NuPS. Games were not easy, but the outcome is more than nice for the Helsinki team. 5 goals by Jimi Garselius, the leader of the team is a nice amount too. Keep it up guys!
