Rungsted Ice Hockey Club's U12 team invites you to our
Easter Cup on March 16-17, 2024.
The tournament is for boys and girls born in 2012 and 2013. A
total of 14 teams can participate.
We will play in two divisions with 7 teams in the A division
and 7 teams in the B division. Each team should consist of between 8 and 12
players and 1-2 goalkeepers.
Tournament Format:
The event will run as a tournament where all A-division teams play against each
other and all B-division teams play against each other. The matches will be
played as 2 x 15 minute periods of continuous play with a line change every 1
minute and 15 seconds. We will follow the Danish Ice Hockey Union's rules for
this age group, which means we will play on a half rink. There won't be any
points kept during the tournament. There will be prizes for all players.
Refreshments: The
player fee includes lunch and dinner on Saturday as well as lunch on Sunday.
For teams staying overnight, breakfast will also be provided both days.
Throughout the day, fruit and other snacks will be available for the players in
the dressing rooms.
Accommodation:
Accommodation from Friday to Sunday will take place at a nearby school within
walking distance to the arena.
Dressing Rooms:
There will be 2 teams in each dressing room. We aim to provide separate
dressing rooms for clubs that bring 2 teams.
Team Fee: The
team fee of 2000 DKK per team is to be paid by January 1, 2024. The team fee
includes 3 coaches.
Player Fee: The
player fee without accommodation is 350 DKK per player. The player fee with
accommodation is 450 DKK per player. The fee must be paid by February 1, 2024.
