The tournament games will be played according the rules of the Swedish Ice Hockey Association.
Teams are allowed to field players born January 1st 1998 or later.
Team Managers are asked to fill in information about the team on www.cuponline.nu. Last date for player registration online are October 4th.
Only players, coaches and managers mentioned on the Team Sheets, will have access to the dressing room.
Games during the 1st day are played 2x15 minutes. Break between periods will be 1 minute.
Games during the 2nd and 3rd day are played 2x20 minutes. Break between periods will be 1 minute.
The minor penalty is 2 minutes.
The major penalty is 5 minutes.
A player incurring a Game Misconduct Penalty will be excluded for the rest of the game.
A player who incurs a Match Penalty will be automatically suspended for the next game of the tournament.
Two-referee system in all games except the final. At the final, three-referee system vill be used.
Eight teams will be divided in two groups, A and B, in Qualification 1. In Qualification 2, the 1st and 2nd placed teams in each group will form Group C. 3rd and 4th placed team will form Group D.
Two points for a win, one point for a draw.
Team seeding will be calculated in descending points order. The number one seeded team will be the team who gained the most points.

b) Score difference
c) Most goals
d) Mutual game/coin toss
These are the rules in the event of a tie in the Play-Off games:
a) 5 minutes sudden death. (running time)
b) Penalty shots in series of 3 per team
c) If still a tie series continues with 1 per team until there is a winner
