Kampene starter presis og man kan ikke påregne oppvarming på is.
Vi ber lagledere hjelpe sekreteriat og dommere med effektiv kampavvikling mhp å være klare til oppsatt tid, og gjennomføre bytter så raskt som mulig.
Vi ber ledere og spillere om å respektere dommernes avgjørelser og bidra til fair play og gode holdninger.
Det vil bli utdelt Fair play pris til det laget med færrest utvisningsminutter.
Det gis 2 poeng for seier og 1 poeng for uavgjort.
Ved poenglikhet etter gruppespillet rangeres lagene etter følgende prinsipp:
a) Innbyrdes oppgjør
b) Målforskjell
c) Fleste scorede mål
d) Innbrydes kamp loddtrekning
Dersom 3 lag ender på samme poengsum, skal det lages en ny tabell med innbyrdes kamper. Lagene rangeres deretter på samme måte som over.
I plasseringskamper og final ved uavgjørt
a. Det lag som scoret siste mål i ordinær spilletid har vunnet.
b. Ender kampen 0-0 avgjøres vinner ved loddtrekning.
I tillegg ber vi dere lese gjennom følgende regler fra forbundet:
U13 (spillere f. 2001, 2002 og 2003 kan delta)
Turneringen skal arrangeres ihht NIHFs bestemmelser for turneringsspill for U13 klasse, spillere som ikke holder alder i den enkelte klasse kan ikke delta (se over og også NIHFs Kampreglement §2-9).
I klassene U13 og yngre er det ikke tillatt å erstatte målvakten med en utespiller annet enn under eventuell avventende utvisning (viser til §5-4, pkt. 2).
Spillere i klassene U15 og yngre som 2. gang i samme kamp blir utvist for hvilken som helst av følgende 10 forseelser nektes å delta i resten av den kampen det gjelder:
– Boarding, slashing, charging, cross-checking, albuetackling, knetackling, farlig spill med høy kølle, clipping, takling mot hodet og nakke, takling bakfra.
Spilleren det gjelder forlater kampen og en annen spiller soner den aktuelle utvisningen.
Har lagene etter dommerens oppfatning for like approberte drakter, er det bortelagets plikt å skifte drakter. Det forventes at bortelaget holder kontroll på dette før laget entrer isen, bruk CupOnline for å sjekke hjemmelagets drakt farge.
§ 5-4 Spesielle bestemmelser for U11, U12 og U13
Alle kamper skal spilles etter prinsippet «alle spiller likt», det vil si at kampen stoppes i intervaller på 1’30 for obligatoriske spillerbytter.
Under ingen omstendighet skal en spiller kunne spille to på hverandre følgende bytter, med mindre skader medfører at laget har færre enn 10 utespillere.
Spilletiden under turneringer med mer enn én kamp pr. dag pr. lag skal ikke overstige 30’ pr. kamp.
Det er NIHF som foretar disiplinærstraffbehandling. NIHFs ansvarlige for disiplinærstraffbehandling kontaktes umiddelbart av turneringens dommeransvarlige når matchstraff er idømt slik at behandling kan gjøres fortløpende.

Matches start on time and you can`t count on warming up on ice.
We request team leaders to help secretariat and referees with an efficient match execution. To be ready in time, and carry out player switching as quickly as possible.
We request managers and players to respect the referee’s decisions, and help to carry out fair play and good attitudes.
There will be awarded a Fair Play price to the team with the fewest penalty minutes.
Two points for a win and one point for a tie.
When there is a tie during the first round the following ranking applies in descending order;
a) Internal games
b) Goal differential
c) Most scored goals
d) Internal game coin toss
If three teams end with the same number of points a new table is created where only those three teams internal games are used to determine placement using the same ranking as above.
In the final placement games if there is a tie after ordinary time the following applies;
a. The team that scored the last goal is the winner
b. If the game ends 0-0 then the winner is determined by a coin toss.
In addition please read the following rules from the Norwegian Ice Hockey Federation (NIHF)
U13 (player born. 2001, 2002 +2003 can participate)
The tournament is arranged in accordance to the NIHF rule for tournament play in the U13 class (Major Peewee), player not of age cannot participate (see over and the NIHFs Game Rules §2-9).
In U13 and younger it is not permitted to replace the goalkeeper with a field player other than during delayed penalties (refer to § 5.4, paragraph 2).
Players in categories U15 and younger who for the second time in the same match are suspended for any of the following 10 offenses is denied to play the rest of the game in terms of:
Boarding, Slashing, Charging, Cross-checking, Elbowtackling, Kneetackling, Highsticking, Clipping, Checking to the head, Checking from behind.
The player leaves the game and another player takes his place in the penalty box.
If teams after the referee's opinion, have to equal jerseys, it's the away team's duty to change their jerseys. It is expected that the away team keeps track of this before they enter the ice, use CupOnline to check the home team's jersey color.
§ 5-4 Special regulations for U11, U12 and U13
All matches will be played according to the principle "all players play equally", the match is stopped at intervals of 1'30 for required player substitutions.
Under no circumstances should a player be able to play two switches in a row, unless an injury means that the team has less than 10 outfield players.
Play time during tournaments with more than one game per. day for each team, the playing time shall not exceed 30 minutes per. match.
It is NIHF (Norwegian Ice Hockey Federation) that is responsible for disciplinary treatment. The responsible at NIHF for disciplinary treatment is contacted immediately by the Head of tournament referees when match penalty is sentenced, so that the treatment can be done as soon as possible.
