KalPa Thunder, KalPa Lightning, KKP Blue, Rauman Lukko Blue, Rauman Lukko Yellow, Blues EKS Blue (all Finland), Jokers Academy (Slovakia), Dinamo Riga01 (Latvia) and Ice hockey school "Geležinis vilkas" (Lithuania).
Maximum number of teams: 24
Division II (A/AA):
Dinamo Riga03 (Latvia), H.C. Nevsky (Russia), Nivala Cowboys, KKP White, Red Wings, Blues EKS White (all Finland) and Tullinge TP Hockey (Sweden).
