On behalf of the organizing committee of one of the most all-embracing international hockey tournaments ever held, we would like to invite you and your hockey team to participate in Amber Cup RIGA, the World Hockey Tournament for Recreational, Women's and Oldtimers' Teams. The tournament will be hosted in Riga, Latvia from April 29th to May 4th, 2014.

The tournament will be hosted in Riga, Latvia from April 29th to May 4th, 2014.
The year 2014 will be very significant for Latvia since Riga has been selected as the designated European Capital of Culture, and during this time Riga and all Latvia will host numerous cultural, social and athletic events.
The Amber Cup RIGA is ready to welcome more than 100 hockey teams and to organize games in eight arenas throughout Riga and in a close proximity to our beautiful city. Riga is easily accessible by air, train, boat and bus. Convenient and affordable lodging will be available to all participants. All semi-finals and finals will be hosted in Riga.
The opening ceremony of the Amber Cup Riga will be held on April 29th, 2014. The final game and the presentations of awards have been scheduled for May 4th, 2014 and will be followed by the closing ceremony and fireworks to commemorate the Anniversary of the Restoration of Latvia's Independence.
