Nybro Vikings tillsammans med cupens sponsorer, har nöjet att inbjuda ert U13-lag, födda 2012 eller senare, till föreningens 4:e upplaga av Viking Cup för U13. Viking cup har en över 30 år lång tradition av cup för U12 lag. Då hemmaplansmodellen infördes togs beslutet om att Viking Cup skulle bli en U13-Cup för att den ska spelas på helplan.
Målsättning med Viking Cup 2024 är att ge deltagande hockeyungdomar en rolig och minnesvärd start på en ny säsong.
Ta tillfället i akt och svetsa samman ert lag inför säsongen.
Tid & Plats:
13-15 september 2024 i Liljas Arena, Nybro.
Cupen startar ca 16:00 på fredag eftermiddag, till ca 15:00 på söndag. (Mer exakta tider kommer med spelschemat närmre inpå cupen)
Spelform:
Lagen fördelas i två grupper med efterföljande slutspel. Samtliga lag spelar sex matcher.
Antal lag:
Totalt 8 lag.
I första hand ett lag per klubb, i mån av plats eller enligt överenskommelse finns möjlighet att anmäla flera lag per klubb.
Först till kvarn-principen gäller.
Inga dispenser ges till äldre spelare om inte särskilda skäl föreligger, vilket skall godkännas av cupledningen.
Mat & Logi:
Inkvartering för lagen sker på skolor i nära anslutning till ishallen. Hårt underlag gäller.
Alla måltider serveras i ishallen:
Fredag: Kvällsmål.
Lördag: Frukost, lunch, middag och kvällsmål.
Söndag: Frukost och lunch.
Lättare mellanmål finns tillgängligt under lördagen och söndagen.
Priser:
Lagpriser till de tre bäst placerade lagen.
Minnespris till samtliga spelare.

Avgifter:
Lagavgift: 5000 kr/lag (inkluderar 3 ledare)
Spelaravgift: 1050kr/spelare.
Extra ledare: 600kr
Inbetalning av anmälnings- och lagavgift sker till Nybro Vikings U-hockey BG 5295-9814.
Märk inbetalningen med lagnamn och Viking Cup 2024
Anmälningsavgiften betalas senast 2024-08-31.
Spelaravgifterna betalas senast 2024-09-02.
Lag som inte betalt hela avgiften 31 augusti kan komma att bytas ut mot lag som står på kölista.

Nybro Vikings, together with the cup's sponsors, have the pleasure of inviting your U13 team, born in 2012 or later, to the Vikings 4rd edition of the Viking Cup for U13. The Viking Cup has over 30 years of tradition as a cup for U12 teams.
When the home field model was introduced, the decision was made that the Viking Cup would become an U13 Cup for it to be played on a full pitch.
The goal of Viking Cup 2024 is to give participating hockey players a fun and memorable start to a new season.
Take this opportunity and weld your team together for the season.
Time & Place:
13-15 September 2023 in Liljas Arena, Nybro.
The cup starts at about 16:00 on Friday afternoon, until about 15:00 on Sunday. (More exact times will come with the game schedule closer to the cup)
Game form:
The teams are divided into two groups with subsequent playoffs. All teams play six games.
Number of teams:
A total of 8 teams.
Primarily one team per club, depending on space or by agreement, it is possible to register several teams per club.
The first-come, first-served principle applies.
No exemptions are given to older players unless there are special reasons, which must be approved by the cup management.
Food & Lodging:
Accommodation for the team takes place at schools in close proximity to the ice rink. Hard surface applies.
All meals are served in the ice rink:
Friday: Dinner.
Saturday: Breakfast, lunch, dinner and supper.
Sunday: Breakfast and lunch.
Lighter snacks are available on Saturday and Sunday.
Prices:
Team prizes for the three best placed teams.
Commemorative prize for all players.
Registration:

The spot in the cup will then be confirmed.
Password for cuponline will be sent out to the contact person, where information about player's name, number, year of birth, possibly food allergies etc. must be filled in no later than 09/08/2024.
Charges:
Team fee: SEK 5,000/team (includes 3 adults)
Player fee: SEK 1050/player.
Extra adults: SEK 600/coach
Payment of the registration and team fee is made to Nybro Vikings U-hockey BG 5295-9814.
Mark the payment with team name and Viking Cup 2024
The registration fee is paid no later than 2024-08-31.
Player fees are paid no later than 2024-09-02.
Teams that have not paid the full fee on August 31 may be replaced by teams that are on the waiting list.
