Changes in teams 21.4.2010 Due to problems in the international air traffic, NY Selects (USA) and Pro Hockey (CAN) coudn't travel to the tournament. These teams have been replaced in the tournament by Sweden Selects (SWE) and Finland Selects (FIN).
