All teams should have received a mail last week to update the room list from the hotel. Please make sure to get back to us as soon as possible with that. We would also like to remind the teams that have not yet confirmed their participation in the opening dinner at Thursday night to get back to us as well. In the same mail we need to know if you plan to arrive with all of your equipment on Thursday at the arena. The time slot for unloading equipment is between 17:45-18:30.
