As per today we have received the confirmation from: Pardaugava99, H.K. Prizma, S.S. Jurmala, Pardaugava00 (all Latvia), EHC Warrior 1, LeKi 2A, EHC Warrior 2, LeKi 3A, Jamsankosken Ilves, Rauman Lukko and EPS Blue (all Finland).
Furthermore we have received the application from Moscow Penguins (Russia) and H.S. Riga (Latvia), but they have not confirmed yet.
