We are pleased to invite your club to participate in our International Tournament to be held in Den Haag (Netherlands) on Friday 23rd, Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th of March 2012.

The tournament will start on Friday at approx 11.00 hours and will be finished on Sunday around 19.00 hours.

Please keep this in mind when making your travel plans.

Every team will play at least 6 games. Each game (U-12 & U-14) will be 2 x 15 minutes running time.

A team exists to a maximum of 22 players (including goalies) unless otherwise agreed with the organizing committee.

PARTICIPATION FEE & DATES:

Option 1:

No meals and activity game are included!

Tournament fee: Euro 395.00 per team

Option 2:

Included in the fee per player/coach are lunch OR dinner on the ice rink on Friday, Saturday and Sunday (3 meals in total) as well as 1 activity game per team (either skiing or karting etc).

Tournament fee: Euro 395.00 per team + Euro 29.00 per player or coach

When your team has been accepted the tournament fee will be charged together (plus) with the charge for each player/coach.

Together with the application (form) you should transfer a deposit of Euro 300.00 per team (no exception can be made),
The balance (tournament fee minus the application fee of Euro 300.00 plus fee per player/coach) will be called in for in January 2012.

The application is binding. Teams who will not be among the participants will get their Euro 300.00 back.
When cancellations are made after your team has been accepted in the tournament no refund can be given on the application fee.

We work on a “first come – first served” basis to avoid long waiting times in receiving a reply.

First closing date for entry will be January 15th – 2012. Confirmation of acceptance to the tournament will follow not later than January 31st – 2012.

Schedules for the tournaments will be worked out when the application date has been expired and will be forwarded to participating clubs at least 21 days before the tournament begins.

The games will be played at the Uithof Event Center, Jaap Edenweg 10 in Den Haag.

In the event center you have also possibilities to ski, go for karts, laser games, wall climbing etc. Check their website for an impression.

REFEREES:

If you have any referees willing to join they are more than welcome. However, no compensations will be paid. We just offer them lunch and/or dinner during the tournament.
