Rungsted Ice Hockey Club invites to RIK U13 Cup 2015

Turneringsform & regler:
We stress that this is a cup for mixed U13.1 (2003) & U13.2 (2004) players and you MUST play with three lines.
6-8 teams in 2 groups
Match time 2 x 15 min.
2 referees per match
2 minutes penalties effective playing time
Other rules according to the Danish Ice Hockey
Association
We reserve the rights to adjust the tournament form when we know how many teams will attend.
Tournament fee:
Team: Kr. 8.000,- (cover 17 players and 3 team coaches/leaders)
Extra: Kr. 350,- per person (Additional player / coach / leader)
Above fee cover, participation in tournament, fruit, food and beverage.
Meals:
Friday: dinner / sandwich.
Saturday: Lunch and dinner
Sunday: Lunch / sandwich
Breakfast can be served if ordered
In addition to above each team will get bread, fruit and beverage in the locker room all weekend.
Trophees:
Trophee for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.
Player of the match from both teams will be awarded after each match.
Accommodation:
Can be arranged in a nearby school (hard surface)
Price: Dkk 1.750,- per team (incl. breakfast). If you have other wishes regarding accommodation please contact us for other arrangements.
Signup:
Payment no later than August 29th 2015.
The team is signed up when the tournament fee is registered on RIK’s account.
We use "first come first served" principle.
