Osby IK tillsammans med Hemmamatch.nu ber att få bjuda
in er till Hemmamatch cup!
Varför inte ta chansen att svetsa samman laget och
inleda säsongen med en försäsongscup i anrika Hangaren. Till en billig peng
kommer ni få en turnering med hög standard. Vi har genomfört många cuper genom
åren med gott betyg vid samtliga.
Osby ligger geografiskt väldigt bra i norra Skåne och med
närheten till Köpenhamn och Karlshamn möjliggörs det för flera internationella
gäster.
Som en självklarhet kommer Hemmamatch teamet i form av
Peter Reimer och Andreas Bergman vara på plats under helgen och ge oss förstklassiga
bilder och referat.
Hoppas vi ses i ”Hangaren” i september.
Åldersgrupp: J18 (Födda 2007 och senare), överåriga spelare är ok enligt Svenska
hockeyförbundets tävlingsregler.
Datum: 20-22 september, 2024
Spelplats: Osby ishall, Osby
Tävlingsform: Gruppspel med efterföljande slutspel.
Vid 6 lag: Spel i en grupp där alla möter alla. Därefter
slutspel där lagen som placerar sig på första respektive andra plats är direkt
kvalificerade för semifinal. Medan övriga spelar kvartsfinal.
Vid 8 lag: Spel i två grupper om fyra lag. Ettan och
tvåan från respektive grupp kvalificerar sig för A-slutspel. Trean och fyran
går då istället till B-slutspel. I dem bägge slutspelen spelas semifinal samt
brons/finalmatch.
Antal lag: 6 eller 8 lag
Antal matcher: Minst 5 matcher per lag.
Matchtid: 2x20 minuter effektiv tid.
Priser: Lagpriser till de tre främsta lagen.
Matchens lirare utses i vardera lagen efter varje
match.
Omklädningsrum: Alla
lag disponerar eget omklädningsrum under turneringen. Tag med skridskoskydd!
Anmälningsavgift: 5 000 kr per lag. Inbetalas på bankgiro i samband med anmälan.
Återbetalas om laget inte antas till cupen. I samband med att laget erhåller
bekräftelse på deltagande i cupen ska definitiv bokning av kost och logi göras.
Deltagaravgift: 1 400 kr per spelare 2 ledare gratis, övriga ledare 1 000 kr.
För icke övernattade lag är avgiften 1 300 kr per spelare. Minsta debitering är
för 17 spelare (15 ute och 2 målvakter).
Vid bokning av
plats innan den 15/6 erhåller ni 200 kr rabatt per spelare.
Är du ett av dem två första gästande lagen att anmäla er, grattis då får ni ytterligare 200kr i rabatt per spelar.
Kost och logi: I deltagaravgiften ingår logi i skolsal/gymnastiksal samt följande:
Fredag: Middag, kvällsmål
Lördag: Frukost, lunch, mellanmål, middag, kvällsmål
Söndag: Frukost, lunch, frukt
Eventuella allergier meddelas vid anmälan.
Domare: Tredomarsystem tillämpas, domarna är utbildade distriktsdomare från Skånes
ishockeyförbund.
Ledarfika: Under hela helgen finns ett ledarrum med bästa plats för att titta på
matcher. I ledarrummet finner ni kaffe och fikabröd under hela helgen.
Boende anhöriga: Vi rekommenderar anhöriga att bo på Stora Hotellet i Osby. Nyrenoverade rum
med 5 min gångväg från ishallen. Vid flera av våra cuper kan vi erbjuda
specialpris till anhöriga. Information om detta får ni vid anmälan.
Bemannad Cafeteria med fika, korv, hamburgare, toast
m.m. är öppen under hela cupen.
Transport: Om ni kommer med utrikes flyg rekommenderar vi att ni åker till Copenhagen
Airport för att sedan ta er vidare till Osby med tåg eller chartrad buss.
För er som flyger inrikes rekommenderas
Kristianstad/Österlen flygplats och därifrån chartrad buss till Osby.
Om ni vill boka buss från flygplats till ishall kan vi
hjälpa er boka via en av våra samarbetspartners.
För er som kommer med färja rekommenderar vi från
danska sidan Helsingborg-Helsingör samt från Litauen Karlshamn-Klaipedia.
Vid många anmälningar förbehåller vi oss rätten att prioritera tidiga
anmälningar (betalningar) samt ta hänsyn till geografisk spridning.

Osby IK and Hemmamatch.nu would like to invite you to
the Hemmamatch cup!
Why not take the chance to build the team stronger and
start the season with a pre-season cup. For a cheap price, you will get a
tournament with high standards. We have completed many cups over the years with
good grades at all of them.
Osby is geographically very well located in northern Skåne
and with the closeness to Copenhagen and Karlshamn it is possible for several
international guests to travel here.
The Hemmamatch team in the form of Peter Reimer and
Andreas Bergman will be on site during the weekend and give us first-class
pictures and reports.

Age group: U18 (Born 2007
and later), overage players are ok according to the Swedish Hockey
Association's competition rules.
Date: September 20-22, 2024
Venue: Osby ice rink, Osby
Competition form:
Group play with playoffs.
With 6 teams: All teams are in one single group and
will be playing each other. For the playoffs the teams that place themselves in
first and second place are directly qualified for the semi-finals. The other four
teams play quarter-finals.
With 8 teams: Games in two groups with four teams. The
first and second team from each group qualify for the A playoffs. The third and
fourth go to the B playoffs. In both final groups, semi-finals and bronze/final
matches are played.
Number of teams: 6 or 8 teams
Number of matches: At least 5
matches per team.
Match time: 2x20 minutes
effective time.
Prizes: Team prize for the top three
teams.
The player of the match is selected in each team after
each match.
Locker room: All teams have
their own locker room during the tournament. Bring skate protection!
Registration fee: SEK 5,000 per
team. To be paid by bank transfer in connection with registration. In
connection with the team receiving confirmation of participation in the cup,
definitive bookings for board and lodging must be made. When you book your
place you will get payment info.
Refund only in case if the team is not admitted to the
cup.
Participation fee: SEK 1,400 per
player, 2 leaders free, other leaders SEK 1,000. For non-overnight teams, the
fee is SEK 1,300 per player. Minimum charge is for 17 players (15 outfield and
2 goalkeepers).
When booking is
placed before 15/6 you receive a SEK 200 discount per player.
If you have booked your place as team one or two excluding hometeam, congratz you receive additional 200 SEK in discount per player.
Meals and accommodation The
participation fee includes accommodation in the school hall/gym and includes
the following:
Friday: Dinner, evening meal
Saturday: Breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner, evening
meal
Sunday: Breakfast, lunch, fruit
Any allergies are notified when registering.
Referees: A three-ref system is applied,
the refs are trained district judges from the Southern region ice hockey
association.
Coaches fika: Throughout the weekend there is a
leader's room with the best place to watch matches. In the leader's room you
will find coffee and Swedish fika throughout the weekend.
Relatives that are joining: We recommend
relatives to stay at Stora Hotellet in Osby. Newly renovated rooms with a
5-minute walk to the ice rink. At several of our cups, we can offer special
prices to relatives. You will receive information about this when registering.
Staffed Cafeteria with coffee, sausages, hamburgers,
toast etc. is open throughout the cup.
Transport: If you are coming by
international flight, we recommend that you go to Copenhagen Airport and then
go on to Osby by train or chartered bus.
If you want to book a bus from the airport to the ice
rink, we can help you book via one of our partners.
For those of you coming by ferry, we recommend from
the Danish side Helsingör-Helsingborg and from Lithuania Klaipedia - Karlshamn.
In case of many registrations, the cup management
reserve the right to prioritize early registrations (payments) and to take
geographical distribution into account.
