Almtuna IS bjuder in till försäsongscup för Flickor 16. Cupen spelas den 21–22 september 2024 och gäller för lag med spelare födda 2009-2011.
Cupen spelades för första gången 2021. Almtunas ambition är att göra detta till ett årligen återkommande event där ishallarna fylls med hockeyspelande tjejer.
Cupen spelas på helplan, 2x20 min, i 3 ishallar som ligger bredvid varandra på Gränby sportfält. Vi öppnar för 8 eller 10 lag och räknar med att erbjuda 6-7 matcher per lag. Slutligt upplägg och spelschema återkommer vi med.
Anmälan
Anmälan görs via anmälningsformuläret här: Cupanmälan
Vid anmälan, vänligen invänta arrangörens bekräftelse på plats i cupen innan betalning görs. Ni får betalningsinformation i samband med bekräftelse. När halva lagavgiften (3000 kr) är betald har ni en säkerställd plats i cupen.
När ni anmält ert lag får ni en inloggning till cuponline där ni fyller i
- Tröjfärg hemma/borta
- Klubbens logotype
- Namn och nummer på lagets spelare samt tränare och ledare
- Eventuella matallergier/specialkost anmäls på cuponline senast 31 augusti.
Tider
Vi återkommer med spelschema när exakt antal lag fastslagits.
Första match spelas c:a 8:00 på lördagen den 21:a.
Anmälningsavgift
Lagavgift 6000 kr per lag (inkluderar mat och fika till 3 ledare)
Spelaravgift 650 kr per spelare.
Extra ledare (utöver de 3 som ingår) 400 kr per ledare.
Detta ingår:
Lunch, lördag och söndag
Middag lördag
Mellanmål under hela cupen
VIP/ledarrum med fika till alla ledare
Minst 15 betalande spelare/lag. Dispens kan ges för spel med färre spelare, men avgiften utgår från minst 15.
Slutlig betalning ska finnas på konto senast 15 augusti -24. Betalningsuppgifter får ni på mail vid anmälan.
Boende
Vi samarbetar med det närliggande Arena Hotellet (https://arenahotellet.se/) för boende för såväl lag som anhöriga. Ni bokar direkt via Arenahotellet. Uppge gärna "Almtuna IS Flick" när ni bokar så stödjer ni oss på det sättet.

Almtuna IS invite You to our preseason cup for Girls U16. The cup will be played on 21–22 September 2024 and is for teams with players born in 2009-2011.
The cup was played for the first time in 2021. Almtuna's ambition is to make this an annual event where the ice rinks are filled with hockey-playing girls.
The cup is played on the full ice, 2x20 min, in 3 ice rinks located next to each other at Gränby sports field. We are opening the tournament for 8 or 10 teams, and expect to offer 6-7 games per team. We will get back to you with the final set-up and game schedule.
Registration
Registration is done via the registration form here: Cup registration.
When registering, please wait for the organizer's confirmation on your registration before payment is made. You will receive payment information in connection with confirmation. When half the team fee (SEK 3000) has been paid, you have a guaranteed place in the cup.
When you have registered your team, you will receive a login to cuponline where you fill in the details
- Shirt color home/away
- The club's logotype
- Names and numbers of the team's players as well as coaches and leaders
- Any food allergies/special diets must be reported on cuponline no later than August 31.
Schedule
We will return with the schedule when the exact number of teams has been determined.
The first match will be played around 8:00 on Saturday the 21st.
Registration fee
Team fee 6000 SEK per team (includes food and Swedish fika for 3 team staff)
Player fee 650 SEK per player.
Extra team staff (in addition to the 3 included) 400 SEK per leader.
This includes:
Lunch, Saturday and Sunday
Dinner Saturday
Snacks throughout the cup
VIP/leaders' room with coffee/Swedish fika for all team staff
At least 15 paying players/team. Exemption can be made for teams with fewer players, but the fee is based on a minimum of 15.
Final payment must be on the account no later than August 15 -24. You will receive payment information by email upon registration.
Accommodation
We collaborate with the nearby Arena Hotellet (https://arenahotellet.se/) for accommodation for both teams and relatives. You book directly through Arenahotellet. Please state "Almtuna IS Flick" when you book and you support us in that way.
