Dear ice hockey friends, let us invite you to Bilina Spring Cup 2018, ice hockey tournament for youth, to be held in small town Bilina, in the Czech Republic.
Age category and basic information:
U 15 - Bantam - 2003/2004 - 10:th - 11:th March 2018
U 17 - Midget - 2001/2002 - 10:th - 11:th March 2018
Cup start – on Saturday 10:th March 2018 - in the morning
Cup finish - on Sunday 11:th March 2018 - in the late afternoon
Game time 10+10+12 min. effective/stopped time
Game level – A, very week play level
Ice-rink – ICE-ARENA in Bilina
Every team has guaranteed 4 games in the tournament (2 days on Saturday + 2 games on Sunday)
Four (4) teams will be participating in each age group
Special guests: Teams from Toronto, Canada - LONDON COBRAS - will participate in each age group!
Tournament´s Specification: no body-checking is allowed in the game!

As a
condition of acceptance, out-of-town teams must stay at an cup organizer´s
authorized hotel. Several price alternatives are offered:
***HOTEL
PANORAMA: in bigger town Teplice, 12 km from the ice-rink, 15 min. to
drive by bus.
- Price 52 € person/night with full board (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
***HOTEL
CASANOVA: in town Duchcov, 8 km from the ice-rink, 10 min. to drive by
bus.
- Price 42 € person/night with full board (breakfast, lunch and dinner)

Players are usually accommodated in triple rooms, other people - coaches,
leaders, parents - in double/twin rooms.
Limited number of single rooms can be obtained (1-2 per team),
otherwise for additional extra cost.
Payment:
– Entry
fee – as soon as possible to get confirmed place in the tournament

for meals, hotel accommodation and ev. bus transfers 6 weeks before tournament
starts (according to an invoice from the cup organizer)

Transport
to the Czech Republic and insurance costs are on responsibility of
players/team.
A
friendly game can be managed for your team a day before tournament will start
(on Friday 9:th March 2018).
