I OBJECIVES AND TASKS
1. To establish the winning teams of the International Floorball Tournament “Unihoc Riga Cup” (hereinafter – Floorball tournament) in all groups, and obtainers of the other positions.
2. To promote the development of the floorball in Latvia and to promote it among the athletes.

II MANAGEMENT
1. The Floorball tournament is organized by Union „Florbolam” in collaboration with Society „ Latvian Floorball Union” according to the rules of the „Sport’s Law” from 24 October 2002.
2. The Floorball tournament is managed by the chief referee of the tournament who is also responsible for the course of the tournament.
3. The issues about the violations of the tournament regulations and application of the disciplinary measures are decided by the Jury of the tournament.

III TIME AND LOCATION
1. Floorball tournament takes place from 14 August till 16 August 2015, at the International Exhibition centre Ķīpsala, Ķīpsalas street 8, according to the gaming calendar drawn up by the chief referee. The organizers have the rights to lead the games also in other halls.

IV PARTICIPANTS
1. The following groups take part in the Floorball tournament:
Elite Men’s group;
Men’s group;
Female group;
Boys – group B-16 and younger (born 1999 and younger);
Boys – group B-14 and younger (born 2001 and younger);

2. Players outside the designated age groups.
The exception applies to a player who is a year older than it is stated by the age group. May apply for the tournament two players who are a year older, but each game may participate in only one player covered by the exception.

3. Before the beginning of the tournament, each team has to stat very accurately the players who do not correspond to the category of the participants group. During the Floorball tournament no other exceptions are assigned.

V PARTICIPATION FEE
1. In the Floorball tournament only those teams take part, which have till 15 July 2015, sent the applications and paid the participation fee to the bank account specifications stated by the organizers.
2. Participation fee for each team:
Early Bird Registration – available until 23:59 GMT on 30 April 2015
– In adult group 100,- EUR + 10,- EUR for team member bracelet.
– In youth group 100,- EUR + 8,- EUR for team member bracelet.
Standard Registration – available until 23:59 GMT on 15 July 2015
– In adult group 150,- EUR + 10,- EUR for team member bracelet.
– In youth group 130,- EUR + 8,- EUR for team member bracelet.
3. Bracelets are mandatory for players, coaches and agents.
4. Simultaneously with sending the application the team has to pay the participation fee for taking part in the Floorball tournament till 15 of July 2015 to the following bank account specifications:

VI APPLICATIONS

VII COURSE
1. Before starting the Floorball tournament the organizers inform about the playing procedure.
2. The application should be submitted for each match to the secretary of the match not later than 15 minutes before the start of the match by completing the relevant section of the minutes of the match.
3. Each of the Floorball tournament teams must be registered with their domestic Floorball Federations.
4. For the matches the reduced floorball game regulations of the International Floorball Federation (IFF) are applied.
5. The match is organized for 6 against 6 (5 field players and a goalkeeper). To start the match, at least 5 players of the team (5 field players and a goalkeeper) should be on the rink.
6. The duration of the match for Elite Men group is 2 x 20 minutes (non-effective time) with a 3-minute break between periods.
The duration of the match for Men, Female, Boys U-16 and U-14 groups are 2 x 15 minutes (non-effective time) with a 3-minute break between periods.
7. The duration of the FINAL match for all age groups is 2 x 20 minutes (net time) with 3-minute break between the periods. Men’s Elite group finals time is 3 x 20 minutes (non-effective time) with a 5-minute break between half.
8. During the last 3 minutes of the last period of the FINAL match the “net time” is stated.
9. The match duration time is stopped only when goals are scored, a penalty stated, half a minute breaks as well as special occasions (the rink referee decides to formulate a case as special).
10. The matches take place according to the provisions specified in the “TIME AND LOCATION” part of these Regulations, depending on the number of teams applied, at the beginning of the tournament according to circle system, afterwards according to the play-off system.
11. If the play-off matches or matches for a position end with an even result, the winner of the match is decided by the penalty shots.
12. For winning the match the team gets 2 points, for a drawn – 1 point, for a loss – 0 points. For absence from the match the team takes the loss with the score of 0:5.

13. In case of equal number of points the team occupying higher position within the group matches (preliminary matches) is stated:
• by the internal matches of the teams concerned;
• by the best proportion of goals gained and lost during all the matches of the tournament;
• by the most number of goals gained during all the matches of the tournament;
• by the least sum of penalty time during all the matches of the tournament;
• by raffle.

VIII PROVISIONS
1. The Floorball tournament organizers provide the sporting facilities (playing rink, dressing room, shower), referees, match secretaries, medical staff, as well as are responsible for maintaining public order at the site.
2. The tournament participants cover the travel and lodging expenses of the team.
3. During the tournament, the athlete is responsible for his own health as well as health and life insurance.
4. Each team is guaranteed at least four matches.

IX AWARDING
1. The winners of the first rank for each group are awarded with cups and medals, but the other players and representatives with the medals.
2. The top scorers the best players of the tournament will be awarded with commemorative souvenirs.
