ENTERING THE TOURNAMENT - STEP-BY-STEP AIK U15 World Champion Cup 2011EUROPE’S MOST PRESTIGIOUS ICE HOCKEY TOURNAMENT! • Send an email to aiku15wcc@aik.se • The following applies when it is agreed that your team is eligible to enter the tournament: We will send you an entry form which you must complete and send to us. Team entry fee of SEK 5000 must be in our account by 1st of March, 2011. The entry fee will be refunded if a team is not accepted for the tournament. If a team can not participate in the tournament, due to of force majeure or other reasons the organizing committee will not refund the entry fee. • The following applies when your team has been accepted into the tournament: We will send you a team member form which you must complete and send to us. The team member fee per player is SEK 3,200 (with hotel accomodation) or SEK 1,600 (without hotel accomodation). The team member fee per player must be paid, at the latest by 1st of April, 2011. The team member fee applies to a minimum of 17 team members (players) per team. Each team includes a maximum of 3 adults - team members.
