Winner of the RIGA CUP U-12 Tournament 2016 is HMS Select from Slovakia. Best forward of this tournament is Filip Mesar from HMS Select (Slovakia). Best defence of this tournament is Samu Sauvonsaari from Blues MK 1 (Finland) and best goalie is Aganezovs Fjodors from HC Piter (Russia). Point scoring leader is Locmelis Dans from Jelgavas LSS (Latvia).

Pirati and Saga (all Latvia). Teams applied, but not confirmed: Sparta (Belarus), Blues JR LV (Finland), HC Panter (Estonia), Gelezinis Vilkas (Lithuania), HC Raubichi (Belarus).
