Huddinge Hockey team 07 och Lions Club bjuder in till 2019 års upplaga av den internationella cupen Lions Cup. Cupen gästas bl a av lag från USA. Det blir fyra härliga dagar (torsdag-söndag) med hockey som spelas i Björkängshallens ishall, Huddinge 28-31/3 2019.

Cupform:

• Helplanscup för U12-lag
• Pokal till de fyra bästa lagen
• 8 lag i rak serie
• Alla lag spelar minst 8 matcher

Spelform:

• Helplansmatcher, 2x15 min
• Regler enligt distriktet (Stockholm) för ålderskullen (U12)

Spelartruppen:

• Spelarna ska vara födda 2007 (U12) eller senare
• Inga överåriga spelare tillåts
• Min antal spelare/lag: 15 utespelare, 1-2 målvakter

Följande ingår under cupdagarna:

• Lunch och middag torsdag-lördag. Endast lunch på söndag.
• Frukt och mellanmål i omklädningsrummet
• Coaches corner med fritt ledarfika
• Eget omklädningsrum till alla lag
• Lunch och middag för 5 ledare ingår i kostnaden

Kostnad, anmälan och frågor:

• Anmälningsavgift: 800 kr/spelare (totalt 13 600 kr). Betalas snarast till BG 143-2509 (lagnamn och LionsCup2019 anges). Betald anmälningsavgift = anmält lag.

• Cupavgift: 800 kr/spelare. Betalas senast den 28/2 -19 till BG 143-2509 (lagnamn och LionsCup2019 anges).

Huddinge Hockey and Lions Club are arranging the Lions Cup for the 41^st year in succession. This year's tournament is for players born 2007. There will be four days of intensive youth hockey with teams from USA and some European countries and different parts of Sweden.

Game Days

Thursday the 28th to Sunday 31^st of March 2019.

Thursday - Friday: group games.

Saturday: group games and first playoff games.

Sunday: all playoff games with the final. 

All games are played in Björkängshallen A and B in Huddinge, south of Stockholm.

All teams are guaranteed minimum 9 games.

Minimum 15 players and 1 goalkeeper.

Tournament fee

Participation fee: 800 SEK/player. Payment see below. Participation is not guraranteed until participation fee is paid.

The fee includes, beside participation in the tournament:

• Fruit/snack in locker room

• Lunch and dinner for 22 persons (17 players and 5 coaches), Thursday-Sunday (7 meals).

There are some hotel nearby and the center of Stockholm is just 15-20 minutes away.

Coaches corner

Coffee and snack for coaches, available throughout the tournament.

Cafeteria

There will be food, drinks and other things for sale. Outside and inside the rink.

Group matches

(Group A, B and Group Place 9-14)
The fourteen teams taking part are divided into two groups A and B. After the initial group round the four best teams in each group proceed to the tournament play-off. Teams finishing fifth, sixth and seventh in each group will take the points and goal from their group against the other two teams and then play against the three teams from the other group for the places 9-14.
Two points will be awarded for a win and one for a draw.

The group standing will be determined by the following order:
1. Most points
2. Best goal difference
3. Most goals scored 
4. Result, head to head
5. Toss of a coin (not used in Group Place 9-14)

Play-off Draws 
In the event of a draw, the winner will be decided by first a 5 min sudden death and then penalty shots (1 for each team). Penalties are taken alternately by the teams and by different players.

Game time:

2x15 minutes

Rules
Rules are according to the Swedish Hockey federation (checking is allowed). The minor penalty is 1 minute. The major penalty is 5 minutes. Teams are allowed to field players born January 1st 2007 or later. Decision for dispensation from this rule is taken by the Tournament Committee before the tournament. 

Referees:

2 referees per game

Ceremonys:

There will be an opening ceremony on Thursday 28th and a Prize ceremony on Sunday the 31st of March.  More info later.
