LIMHAMN Junior 18 International CUP
August 29th – August 31st, 2014

We welcome you to friendly Limhamn (south of Malmö, Sweden) and an international pre-season J18 Tournament !!

Teams with players born 1997 or later are welcome to this international Junior 18 event in a friendly atmosphere in Limhamn, Malmö.

Limhamn Limeburners will give you the best possible service and we will offer high quality food and nearby accommodation for all teams.

Number of Teams: The Tournament is based on 6 teams.

Tournament set up and Play time:
2 x 20 minutes effective time in all matches. Each team are guaranteed 6 matches. The tournament will be played as a straight serie and teams placed 1-2 play final, 3-4 play match for bronze medal and team with place 5-6 playing for place 5-6. After the serie the matches will be decided by, first a 5 minutes sudden-death period and thereafter 3 penalty shots per team, followed by sudden-death penalty shots.

Referees:
Three-referee system in all matches !

Medals:
Gold/Silver/Bronze.
Prize to best goalkeeper and winner of the points league.

Food:
We arrange the meals for the teams in our own premises in Limhamns Ishall. As always we have a high focus on food quality. Please notify us in time in case of allergies so we can arrange special food for these boys/girls.

Accommodation:
A very practical accommodation can be offered close to for both players and parents at Scandic Malmö City with a special price for the cup.

Rate for the team:

Singel room 550 kr / 61 euro

Double room 650 kr / 68 euro

Triple room 850 kr / 94 euro

Four bed romm 1050 kr / 116 euro

Rate for Parents:

Singel room 750 kr / 83 euro

The hotel is located in the city of Malmö close to shopping and restaurants and an easy bus trip away from Limhamn arena.
 
Tournament Fee:
Team Entry Fee 3 000 SEK, paid in advance to Limhamn Limeburners no later than July 31st, 2014. Paid Entry fee equals binding registration to the tournament, though we have to reserve the right to extract teams in case of too many registered teams. In this case the Entry Fee will be repaid.
Entry Fee will not be repaid if the team cancel the registration.

Players Fees:
Player Fee is 800 SEK (around €90) per player with dinner from Friday evening.
Two coaches per team are included.
Minimum 15 players plus 2 goalies must be registered per team.
Player fees can be paid at arrival in cash or in advance to the IBAN number above as long as the player fees have arrived before the cup starts. See above.
